At Footpatrol, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the footwear box is protected during transit to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in their original branded packaging and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer box to prevent damage to the product box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Select your preferred carrier from the portal, print your prepaid shipping label, and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to a designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed, which typically takes 5-7 working days.
